科技型企业文化变革整体思路研究

摘    要:构建与时俱进的企业文化是科技型企业赢得核心竞争力的杀手锏 ,科技型企业文化变革是一个使企业文化保持与时俱进的变革过程。“至上而下”与“至下而上”是两种完全相反的企业文化变革思路 ,分析了企业文化变革的阶段性以及两种企业文化变革思路的利弊。指出在企业文化变革的不同阶段应采取不同的文化变革思路 ,坚持“至上而下”发起、“至下而上”实施、“至上而下”评估的企业文化变革的整体思路

The Orerall Solution to Culture Transforming in Scientific and Technological Corporations
Abstract:Making corporate culture keep pace with the times is a unique skill for the scientific and technological enterprises to win the core competition.Culture transforming taking place in the scientific and technological corporations is the transforming process of making the corporation culture keeping pace with the times.The top down idea and the bottom up idea go in opposite directions. This paper analyses not only the characteristic of going along by stages during the process of culture transforming but the advantages and disadvantages of both ideas.It points out that different ways should be adopted during the different stage of corporate culture transforming. Then it puts forward an overall solution to the transforming,namely the top down launching, the bottom up implementation and the top down evaluation.
