陈毓圭:会计服务示范基地建设,既有行业自身发展的内在要求,也有外在动力.
第一,示范基地建设在行业参加中央学习实践活动中启动,在创先争优活动中开花结果.
2009年10月,注册会计师行业首次作为一个整体系统参加中央组织的重大政治活动--第三批学习实践活动.其间国务院办公厅转发了财政部<关于加快发展我国注册会计师行业的若干意见>,也就是"国办56号文件",其中明确提出了要大幅度拓展会计师事务所执业领域,极大地增强了全行业加快发展的信心.
