| 摘 要： | 现代物流被称为企业的“第三利润源”，其发展状况已经成为衡量一个国家或地区综合经济实力的重要标志之一。论文针对山东半岛城市群现代物流业目前的发展现状，分析了山东半岛城市群在现代物流业发展中存在的主要问题．并在此基础上提出了相应的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Modern logistics is the third profit source,and its development has already become one of the important signs to measure the comprehensive economic strength of a country or region.Based on the present situation of modern logistics industry in Shandong Peninsula City Group,the main problems in developing modern logistics industry are introduced and some countermeasures to solve these problems are put forward. |
