以城乡协调发展推动城市化健康发展

城市化是从城乡二元经济结构向一元经济结构转就业的必由之路.在城市化进程中,城市与乡村互相依赖,互相制约,必须直辖市发展.在我国过去50多年的城市化进程中,城乡差距不断扩大,严惩制约着城市的健康发展.要以社会主义新农村建设为契机,协调城乡发展关系,包括产业协调、空间协调、就业协调与收入协调,最终推动城市化健康发展.

Harmonizing Urban-rural Development to Reach a Healthy Development of Urbanization

Urbanization is a necessary road to the urban-rural economic transformation from duality to unique. The urban and the rural are interdependent and inter-constraint,so they must be harmonized in the process of urbanization. In the past 50 years process of urbanization,divergence of the urban and the rural have been aggregated,which prohibit the healthy development of urbanization. We should regard "New Rural Construction" as a perfect chance,harmonizing urban-rural development,which include industrial harmonization,spatial harmonization,employment harmonization,income harmonization,so we can render the healthy development of urbanization.
