Strategy to E-learning Applied in Higher Education

Today when people talk about education, the conversation frequently tums to a new type of education called ＂E-learning＂, characterized by new cultural dynamics： globalization, ＂the new economy＂, and the web. It is also to talk about a new form of social interaction. What is E-learning？ In this paper, we give a clear explanation. In order to develop the E-learning in education, we shall set out to improve the competencies of the instructors and set up a strong knowledge platform. And then, the paper provides a strategy to expand E-learning in higher education.
