| Abstract: | At present,the trade unions of state-owned enterprises in order to practice the important thinking of the scientific concept of development,we must clearly understand and study the work of the current trade unions,as it encountered new situations and problems in order to advance with the times to meet the challenges of mental state. In order to explore to adapt to the new situation calls for the companies new ways of trade union work. |
