| 摘 要： | 工业结构竞争力是从工业结构维度考察国家或区域的工业竞争力。资源优化配置、扩张市场份额和谋求永续发展等三种能力是影响并决定着国家或区域工业结构的竞争力。从可操作角度看．对行业增长率、行业占有率、行业贡献率和行业关联度等四个指标的综合评价，基本能够反映以上三种“能力”的强弱关系。据此构建了福建工业结构竞争力立体评价模型，提出构建福建新型工业化社会必须实施的发展战略。

| Abstract: | The competitive power of industry structure studies the industrial competitive power of a country or region from the perspective of industrial structure. There are three kinds of ability, those are resource optimal allocation, market share expanding and sustainable development that influence and determine the competitive power of industrial structure of a country or region. From a workable angle, the extents of the above three kinds of ability could be reflected by a synthetic evaluation with four indicators, which are increase rate of industries, occupancy rate of industries, contribution rate of industries and relevancy degree of industries. According to these, the article establishes an evaluation model of the competitive power of industrial structure and puts up forward the development strategy to construct a new industrializing society in Fujian. |
