高层次人力资源流动中的区域竞争研究

摘    要:欠发达地区在竞争中的不利地位是人所共知的,并且这种不利随着时间推移以几何差距扩大.然而,利用博弈论的思想比较发达地区与欠发达地区各自的竞争优势后发现,欠发达地区在竞争中并非处于完全的劣势,这一推论也得到了实证研究的证实.结合现代发展经济学的理论分析人才流动的原因和结果,这一现象的出现确实有其内在的原因.同时,这种人才流动模式为欠发达地区带来了良好的社会经济效果.因此,欠发达地区可采取更为积极的策略,巩固这一效应,最大化其具有的内在优势.

Abstract:In this paper,with the model of high-level human resource,we conclude that underdeveloped regions are disadvantaged,and the difference between the developed and the underdeveloped regions will be more at geometric series.In addition,with bidding game to respectively analyze the advantage of the developed and the underdeveloped regions,the results that the advantages of developed regions are not overwhelming can be got.Compared to the demonstration research,the reasons of the flow can be explained with the theory of development economics,so the results from the bidding game are reliable.It also demonstrates the effect that the competition brings into the society.Underdeveloped regions can get their advantages and tactical options from it.
