伊春市产业资源结构可持续发展的问题与对策分析

伊春市产业资源结构不合理,经济发展滞后,主要原因是国家经济发展政策调整,政府职能的缺失,资源的相对枯竭、产业结构单一、以及地区间产业结构趋同、关联度不高。政府应积极应对国家产业政策。因地制宜地制定城市经济发展战略,调整城市产业结构,促进产业优势再造和优势替代,逐步建立科学、有效的森林资源更新保护机制,促进森林资源的可持续发展。

Problems and Countermeasures on Sustainable Development of Yichun Industrial Resource Structure

Yichun industrial resource structure is irrational and its developing speed of economy is slow. The main reason is the adjust- ment of our country's economic policy, the nonfeasance of local government function, the relative exhaustion of the resource, singleness of industrial structure, and the similarity of industrial structure between districts, lack d correlation. Hence, the local government should positively respond to industrial policy from the central government, flexibly enact the developing strategy of its economy, adjust its in- dustrial structure, promote the reestablishment and replacement of the industrial advantage, gradually form scientific and effective pro- tecting system to refresh the forest resource, and accelerate its sustainable development.
