The Single European Market and labour mobility

While much has been written about the potential impacts of the European Single Market there is little survey evidence concerning the issue of labour mobility. Based on a large sample of employers in Scotland this article looks to address this subject and comment on what these findings mean for manpower planners and recruiters in the coming years.
