| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国一直是全球反倾销案中首当其冲的国家.随着我国出口贸易额的不断扩大,出口产品被诉倾销的案例日益增多.有些产品在国际市场上的确存在低价竞销的现象,但<1994年反倾销协议>规定本身的不足之处,也是导致反倾销滥用及我国遭受反倾销的重要原因之一.

| Abstract: | In recent years, our country has been a country that is the easiest one to be accused of dumping. With the continuous expansion of export, the exported commodities have been charged with dumping more frequently. The phenomenon that some merchandises are sold at low prices at the international market is actually existent, but the shortcomings of the 1994 Agreement on Anti-dumping is also one of the most significant reasons for the abuse of anti-dumping and the anti-dumping lawsuits China has suffered. |
