高校德育工作管理初探

文章把高校的德育工作与现代管理的决策（目标）、计划（措施）、组织（协调）和控制（指挥）四大功能展开论述：一、明确高校德育管理的总体目标和对象。二、根据总体目标，整体规划学校的德育体系；制订具体计划；发挥管理的计划功能。三、建立和完善德育工作管理体制，加强管理的组织功能。四、围绕总体目标，在德育工作中加强管理的控制功能

On mo ral education management in higher education institutions

In this art icle,four main functions of moral education and modern management——policy maki ng(objective),planning(measure),organizing(coordination)and controlling(directio n)——are discussed: A.Clearly setting a general objective or target of the m oral education management; B.According to the general objective,planning the moral education system,determining specific plans and performing the planning fu nction of administration; C.Establishing and improving the administrative sys tem of moral education,strengthening the organizing function of administration;  D.Reinforcing the controlling function of administration in the moral educati on with the general objective as the core;
