浅析我国高校后勤社会化改革的新思潮

自改革开放以来,我国经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,社会文化也飞速发展,因此,对受过高等教育的人才的需求就日益增加。不容否认,即使在计划经济时代,我国的高校也曾经培育出很多的高精尖的人才,我国高校的后勤系统也曾经很好地支持了高校的发展。高校后勤社会化改革是我国高等教育适应社会主义市场经济体制的要求,通过整合社会资源,优化教育资源,改变高校后勤在计划经济体制下低效率运作的体制和机制,构建新型学校后勤管理体系,从而打破后勤对学校发展的瓶颈制约,解决"教育育人"和"服务育人"的矛盾,构建新型的高校后勤管理体系,为高校发展和扩大办学模式创造更有利条件的一项系统工程。本文试图针对高校后勤的社会化改革进行探讨和研究,希望可以为这一改革过程贡献一份微薄的力量。
