加快城镇化发展的信息化工作思路初探

在我国城镇化发展的目前历史阶段,精细化是对管理的科学性内在要求,具体体现在工业化、信息化、城镇化、市场化、国际化的相统一,尤其是工业化、信息化和城镇化的协调性上,其内的要求就是共享、交换、协同、系统、控制、智能。本文从我国社会经济发展的当前历史阶段的特性、面临的难题和风险等出发,提出信息化是面对现阶段出现的新情况和新问题的重要措施;接着站在住房和城乡建设部的角度,探讨分析在城镇化进程中需要充分运用信息化手段使得在城镇化过程中发挥更好的作用;最后对建设行业信息化工作推进思路和基本方法进行阐述,并提出从数据、平台、应用、安全、标准五大方面落实具体工作。
