| 摘 要： | 本文对跨国公司在华研发对江苏的影响进行了类似SWOT的战略分析,在此基础上,提出了江苏针对跨国公司在华设立研发机构的战略思路。最后,分别从人才环境、科技环境、知识产权、基础设施等方面给出了应对策略。
