| 摘 要： | 目前，全球丁基橡胶的总生产能力约为892kt／a，2003年总消费量约为747kt／a。预计到2006年总消费量将超过800kt／a。目前我国丁基橡胶的总生产能力为30kt／a，2003年产量为27kt／a，消费量约为100kt／a，产不足需，每年都得大量进口。预计到2005年丁基橡胶的消费量将达到140kt／a，2010年消费量将达到210kt／a。针对目前我国丁基橡胶生产状况及存在的问题，提出了生产发展的建议。

| Abstract: | At present, the total production capacity of butyl rubber in the world is about 892kt/a, with total consumption about 747kt/a in 2003. It is forecasted that the total consumption of butyl rubber in the world will exceed 800kt/a in 2006. Currently, the production capacity of butyl rubber in China is 30kt/a, with total output about 27kt/a and consumption about 100kt/a in 2003. The output could not meet the consumption demand, so a large amount of butyl rubber had to be imported every year. It is forecasted that the total consumption of butyl rubber in China will reach about 140kt/a in 2005, 210kt/a in 2010. According to the status and existed problems in the production of butyl rubber in China, some development suggestions were put forward. |
