区域性节能潜力测算:概念解释与方法综述

从节能潜力的内涵和分类入手,综述了国内外区域性节能潜力的测算方法。基于较为完善的能源数据库,国外对区域节能潜力的研究,主要采用两种模型:自上而下的能源经济模型和自下而上的能源技术模型。国内节能潜力的研究,因缺乏相关数据的支持,尤其是省级能源数据库,研究方法相对单一。

Regional Energy Conservation Potential Calculation: Concepts Explanation and Methods Survey

The paper starts with the concepts and classification of energy conservation potential,and overviews calculation methods of energy con-servation potential at home and abroad.Based on a more comprehensive energy database,overseas research on regional energy conservation poten-tial,mainly uses two models: top-down energy economy models and bottom-up energy technology models.Domestic research metheds in energy conservation potential calculation were relatively simple,due to lack of relevant data,especially the provincial energy database.
