伴随世界各国强化节能减排、走低碳经济之路,新的大规模的能源革命必然到来。随着经济持续快速发展,我国面临着能源结构不尽合理,能源利用效率低下,能源与资源、环境和社会发展的矛盾日益突出,能源问题已经成为制约经济与社会发展的"瓶颈"之一。因此,能源结构的优化是社会经济发展的必然趋势。中国必须从国情和能源实际出发,切实转变经济增长方式,优化调整经济结构和产业结构,推动能源多元化发展;建立合理的消费模式,大力推动节能减排、提高能源利用效率;大力推进科技进步,为建立高效、清洁、低碳型能源工业体系提供技术支持。

The Optimization of China's Energy Structure Based on Low-carbon Economy

With the world strengthening energy conservation, and taking the road to a low carbon economy, the new large-scale energy revolution must come. With the rapid economic growth, China＇s energy structure is facing unreasonable situation and energy efficiency is lower, energy and resources, environment and social development have become increasingly prominent, the energy issue has become a constraint on economic and social development. Therefore, optimization of energy structure is the inevitable trend of social and economic development. China should consider it from the national conditions and reality, effectively change the mode of economic growth, optimize the adjustment of economic structure and industrial structure, promote the development of energy diversity; establish a reasonable consumption patterns, and vigorously promote energy conservation, improve energy efficiency; vigorously promote scientific and technological progress for the establishment of efficient, clean, low-carbon energy- industry, and provide technical support system.
