| 摘 要： | 高校会计学专业的教育面临着从精英教育向大众化教育的转变,传统的人才培养结构的失衡,迫使我们十分关注会计学专业的实践教学问题。本文主要探讨了会计学专业的实践教学目标和内容,结合实际教学现状,试图通过校企联合构建人才培养战略模式,强化和完善实践教学体系,提高学生的实践技能以适应社会对本科会计人才的理性需求。多年来,会计学一直是高考招生的热门专业,近年来其毕业生的失业问题却逐渐严峻。本文针对这一现实,提出了具有学校特色的定岗就业模式。 |
