| 摘 要： | 随着质量监管模式由"第三方(政府)质量监督"到"竣工验收备案机制"的转变,质量监管部门不再对建筑工程质量进行等级评价。实施以质量监管部门为主体的建筑工程全面质量评价成为改善现状的重要途径之一。

| Abstract: | With the quality control mode is transformed from a third-party(Government) Quality Supervision into final acceptance mechanism,quality supervision departments will no longer assess the level of construction quality.Implementing overall quality evaluation with quality control department as subject has become an important way to improve the situation. |
