| 摘 要： | 定子铁损试验是检验定子铁芯装配质量的重要手段,也是检验铁芯自身绝缘性能的重要工序,其基本方法是在定子铁芯上缠绕若干个励磁绕组,将交流电流通入绕组内,此电流在定子铁芯中产生磁场,同时产生涡流和磁滞损耗,使铁芯发热,测量铁芯总的有功损耗与温度,计算出单位重量铁芯损耗与温升,从而判别铁芯叠装的质量。
