我国现阶段社区体育中存在的不足及对策

本文运用文献资料、调查、走访等方法,分析了社区体育的政策法规、机构建设、人才引进、设施利用、资金管理各方面问题。研究认为社区体育较前有了较大的发展,但依然存在诸多的问题。改变思想,产业化运作,才是社区体育的发展出路。

Shortcomings in Current Community Sports in China and Countermeasures

In this paper, documents, surveys, visits and other methods were used to analyze policies and regulations, institution building, talent introduction, utilization of facilities, financial management of community sports. The results show that community sports have developed greatly, but many problems still exist. Change of the thinking, industrial operation is the way of development of community sports.
