| 摘 要： | 建筑行业的快速发展使工程量清单的招投标管理逐步凸显出制度不完善、计价方式不合理等问题。随着市场经济的腾飞,建筑工程原有计价模式已无法适应战略化经济时代对建筑招投标管理的全新需求,因此本文从推行工程量清单招投标管理的优势出发,分析了当今该环节发展的现状及存在的问题,并提出了有效的应对策略。
