Abstract:The curriculum reform has offered practice stage for the teachers" professional development. Teacher and curriculum reform grow together. Teachers are participants and researchers in curriculum reform. Curriculum reform will encourage teachers to constantly improve the aptitude structure and the personality character, and it will also strengthen the consciousness of lifelong learning and emphasize on human care.
