| 摘 要： | 油田注水系统注水水质分为普通含油污水和深度污水两种水质,它们都含有大量的钙、镁离子,矿化度高,经常造成泵结垢,不仅使得泵流道变小,摩阻增大,效率降低,还会降低注水泵的输出压力、流量,使能耗增高、设备寿命缩短,结垢非常严重的甚至无法维持正常生产。采用注水泵涂膜技术应用于泵效低的注水泵,单耗可下降0.3kW.h/m3,需5个月收回成本,节能功效显著。
