| 摘 要： | 针对当代大学生存在的心理障碍状况和影响因素进行了粗略的统计及分析,进而提出在认知和社会上正确对待和高度重视大学生的心理健康问题。分析了影响大学生心理健康的相关因素,对于积极开展自我心理调适、社会支持,树立正确的心理健康观念,全面提高大学生心理素质具有重要的意义。
