| 摘 要： | 对两种国家标准和行业标准推荐的绝缘油击穿电压测定方法进行了比较,对目前这些标准的执行现状进行了分析,并对试验方法提出了一些改进的建议。从绝缘油的击穿机理出发,分析了影响绝缘油击穿电压测定值准确度的主要因素,以及判断击穿电压测定值精密性和准确性的原则。

| Abstract: | This paper compared two kinds of method to determine the insulating oil breakdown test recommended by national standards and industry standards,analyzed the current status of the implementation of these standards,and proposed some recommendations for improvement of the test methods.From the breakdown mechanism of insulating oil,it analyzed the main factors that effect the accuracy of the determination and the principles of measuring the precision and accuracy. |
