嘉兴农民增收的现实原因

以城乡一体化为视角,从拓宽非经营性收入领域、产业转型升级、发展非农就业和精品特色农业等方面进行了分析,认为嘉兴市农民连续6年增收的主要原因有10个方面：1）落实各项惠农政策,2）增加财产性收入,3）完善社会保障体系,4）发展精品特色农业,5）加大农业农村设施投入,6）培育多种市场经营主体,7）推广先进科技,8）实施“两新工程”,9）开展各类就业培训,10）加快工业化进程。
