| 摘 要： | 介绍了精益理论的基本思想及核心,分析了当前烟草设备中存在的普遍问题,在此基础上将精益理论与烟草设备日常管理与维护相结合,研究了精细保养、精密点检、精益维修、精心操作的基本思想和方法,阐述了开展"四精"对提高设备作业率、实现烟草设备全面精益的重要意义和作用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic ideas and theory of lean thinking,and analyzes some common problems existing in tobacco equipment.Lean theory and daily management and maintenance of tobacco equipment are be combined,and we also do some research on maintain,point inspection,elaborate operation and so on.Through develop the Four Pure.we improve equipment utilization rate and realize the significance and function of comprehensive lean of the tobacco equipment. |
