甘肃省502名高三学生抑郁情绪调查研究

摘    要:目的:了解甘肃省高三学生抑郁情绪状况并进行分析。方法:在甘肃省抽取502名高三学生,采用自编社会人口学资料表、ZUNG氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)、GROSS情绪调节方式问卷、社会支持评定量表对其进行问卷调查。结果:①高三学生中有抑郁症状者137人,占总调查人数的27.3%;②采用有效的情绪调节方式、高社会支持能够减少抑郁情绪的产生。结论:高三学生学习压力大,在关注学生学习成绩的同时应对其心理健康状况给予重视。

Abstract:Objective: To understand and analysis the depression situation of the third year high school students in Gansu. Methods: 502 high school students were presented by the self-made social demographic scale, ZUNG's Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS),GROSS's Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), Social Support Rating Scale. Results: 1 here were 137 depression students (27.3%). 2 Adopt effective emotion regulation and high social support to reduce the depression. Conclusion: Learning and other things brought more pressure to the, third year high school students. Therefore, the students" mental health should have the best attention.
