数控车削编程与加工技巧

摘    要:数控车床由于具有高效率、高精度和高柔性的特点,在机械制造业中得到日益广泛的应用,成为目前应用最广泛的数控机床之一。但是,要充分发挥数控车床的作用,关键是编程,即根据不同的零件的特点和精度要求,编制合理、高效的加工程序。以下就数控车床零件加工中的手工编程与加工技巧问题进行一些探讨。

Abstract:Due to its high efficiency,high precision and high flexibility,CNC lathe is widely used in the machinery manufacturing industry increasingly,and becomes one of CNC machine tools that most widely used.However,to give full play to the role of CNC lathes,the key is programme,that is,preparing the reasonable and efficient processing procedures depending on the features and precision parts.This paper discussed the problems of programming and processing techniques of the CNC lathe parts.
