| Abstract: | This paper presents the evaluation criteria of evaluating if enterprises financial management objectives are reasonable.Various manifestations of financial management objectives are analyzed and evaluated,finally,the realistic choice of financial goals in China-maximizing shareholder wealth is analyzed in a systematic way. |
