关于完善中小企业融资问题研究

中小企业的融资困境,是普遍存在与世界范围之内的。在西方经济发达的国家,由于受完善金融体系的支持、发达而活跃的金融市场、健全的法律法规制度,使问题得到了较有效的缓解。处于我国当前特殊的经济体制发展阶段,由于国家的金融支持体系还不够健全、金融市场运作不够规范、相关的法律法规不够完善、企业自身得发展不足等原因,融资难的问题便显得格外突出,并已成为遏制我国中小企业发展的"瓶颈"。因此,研究我国中小企业融资的困境并给出相应的对策研究具有重要的理论与现实意义。
