| 摘 要： | 教师在教学过程中不能只管教,不管学。教师要通过以身作则来带动学生学习,还要通过加强学生教育管理,控制课堂,帮助学生端正学生学习态度,让学生喜爱所学的专业,并能学成一技之长,为将来立足社会奠定扎实的基础。
