建立和管理企业档案库房之我见

没有档案库房,企业档案工作无从谈起,有了适用的档案库房,企业才能有效开展档案工作。企业档案库房一般只能附设在办公楼内,设计时要考虑规范与全面。库房管理工作是档案保管工作的主要内容,必须坚持科学性与实用性相结合的原则,档案员在工作中应当不断地总结经验,使库房管理工作逐步达到标准化、规范化。因此,兴建和管理好档案库房的工作有着极为重要的现实意义。
