| 摘 要： | 由于中国企业档案管理现状存在着诸多问题与弊端,企业档案管理工作改革的重要性格外凸现出来。针对这些问题,本文简单总结了企业档案管理的现状,阐述了企业档案管理的性质,并且由实际工作中总结了信息化,管理流程,管理机制三个企业档案管理的创新方向。具有一定的学术与实践价值。

| Abstract: | Since some problems still remained in China＇s enterprise archive management, the importance of innovation gradually emerged. Focusing on those problems, this article summarized the current situation of enterprise archive management, illustrated its basic characteristics and at the same time pointed out three oriental of the innovation： e-managing, administrative mechanism and management process. |
