高校图书馆学科馆员建设之思考

近年来,高校图书馆相继开始建立学科馆员制度,对图书馆的服务思路进行新的探索,从而有利于高校文献信息的学术化、专业化;并期望从多角度、全方位地为读者提供价值高、时效性和针对性强的深层次信息服务。但目前高校图书馆在这个方面还存在着很多的问题制约着学科馆员的建设。

Consideration about Subject Librarian Building of College Library

In recent years, university libraries have begun to establish subject librarian system, exploring on the library service ideas, contributing to the professional and academic college literature information, expecting to provide the high valued, aging and targeted deep information services for readers from many angles and all directions. But there are still many problems restricting the construction of subject librarian existing in the university library.
