| 摘 要： | 党的十六大判断中国处于重要战略机遇期，其后十年的发展历程印证了这一伟大判断的正确性和科学性。当前，世界金融危机影响不断加深，威胁和平与发展的不确定因素增多，给中国发展造成了巨大压力。但中国共产党再次抓住矛盾之关键所在，在党的十八大上准确研判国际国内大局，认为中国仍处于可以大有作为的重要战略机遇期。其依据是国际方面和平与发展的时代主题没有变，国内经济形势相对稳定，社会主义制度的优越性日益显现。

| Abstract: | The important period of strategic opportunities, which was put forward by the 18th CPC National Congress Report is a scientific judgment, and ten years of development situation has proved it. At present, with the deepening of world financial crisis and the uncertain factors, China＇s development faces more pressure. However, China＇s Communist Party seizes the key contradiction and analyses the domestic and international situation, thinking that China will still in the period of strategic opportunities. Such conclusion is based on the theme of peace and development and stable domestic economy. |
