| 摘 要： | 本文提出了火电项目的规划要以国家能源政策为指导，以资源分布和区域经济发展为依据，预测分析电力需求侧负荷增长，满足电网规划和项目核准制的要求，满足环境保护的要求，扎实有效地开展项目前期工作，满足经济发展对电力的需求。
