| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来 ,我国第三产业得到了较大的发展 ,其内部结构也得到了优化和提高。但还存在一些问题 ,应当通过市场建设 ,放开准入限制 ,促进竞争 ,提高城市化水平等措施 ,推动第三产业的发展 ,为“全面建设小康”社会做出贡献。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening up, the tertiary industry has got great development, and its internal structure has also got optimized and improved. But there are still some problems. We should improve the development of the tertiary industry by constructing market, unfastening the limit of enterance, fostering competition and speeding up urbanization to contribute to "Build a Well-off Society All-round". |
