| 摘 要： | GDP是反映一个国家或地区经济实力 ,评价经济发展水平的综合性指标。在 1992年之后GDP已成为我国国民经济核算的核心指标。但是单纯追求GDP的快速增长 ,已使我国的自然资源与环境面临危机 ,为使我国经济和社会可持续发展 ,应实行绿色GDP。本文分析了GDP的历史局限性 ,系统论证了实行绿色GDP的可行性

| Abstract: | GDP is a comprehensive index of reflecting the national or regional economic strength and evaluating the economic development level. GDP becomes a key index of national economic accounting, particularly after 1992. But concentrating on the fast speed of economic development alone makes China's natural resources and environment fall into a crisis situation. Therefore, green GDP should be implemented so that China's economy and society can achieve sustainable development. The paper analyses the historic limitations of the GDP index and discusses the feasibility of implementing green GDP. |
