| Abstract: | In Shaanxi province,the key factors of the basketball referee＇s spot penalty in the game are founded,from the investigation and analysis of the basketball referee＇s technical level.Then the measures of improved the level of basketball referees are proposed based on the detailed analysis of main factors.Those provides a theoretical reference for training basketball referees. |
