探索居家养老模式 提高离退休人员幸福指数

老龄化已逐渐成为世界范围内不可阻挡的发展趋势,随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快,老龄人口数量日益增大。由于实行"计划生育",现代中国家庭"4-2-1"倒金字塔型模式越来越多,空巢老人不断增加,传统的家庭养老模式难以满足老年群体的需求。机构养老在现实中也很难为老年人接受。因此,一种介于家庭养老和机构养老之间的养老模式——居家养老服务应运而生,将成为我国主要的养老方式。本文从当前人口形势,分析人们的传统观念、现有的养老模式,重点分析居家养老模式的可行性,居家养老主要内容和方式以及资金来源等,为迎接"银色浪潮"的到来,提高离退休人员的幸福指数,探索一条切实解决养老问题途径。

To Explore Home Care Modes and Improve the Happiness Index of Retirees

Ageing has gradually become the worldwide irresistible development trend,and in China,along with the accelerated process of ageing population,the number of elderly population is growing day by day.Due to the policy of "family planning",modern Chinese families with "4-2-1",which is called the anti-pyramid mode,are becoming more and more,and empty-nest old people increase unceasingly,so the traditional family elderly service is difficult to meet the demand of old people.And in reality,it's hard for old people to accept elderly homes.Therefore,a mode between family elderly services and elderly homes—home care service emerges,which will become the primary way of elderly service in china.In order to welcome the arrival of "silver tide",and improve the happiness index of retirees,this paper,from the perspective of current population situation,analyzes people's traditional ideas and the existing elderly service modes,and selective analyzes the feasibility,the main contents,the ways and the source of funds of home care mode,has explored a practical way to solve the question of elderly sevices.
