| Abstract: | The core of enterprise management is humanistic management,it is very improtant taking best humanistic environment construction as assistance to humanistic management,because best humanistic construction is helpful to enhancing cohesion,enlarging effect,improving competition,developing productivity.At the same time,selecting right cut-in point and key point of humanistic environment construction is helpful to grasping emphasis,advancing holistically,geting twice the result with half the effort. |
