| 摘 要： | 本文对废弃油脂进行了科学分类,系统分析了废弃油脂的不当利用对环境的污染以及对食品安全的冲击,并从管理、经济、技术等层面阐述了废弃食用油脂收集利用体系中存在的问题,提出了对其总体治理的政策性建议,指出发展生物柴油产业是消纳废弃食用油脂的最有效途径.

| Abstract: | In this paper,waste grease is scientifically sorted according to its way of formation.Then, Pollution to environment and impact to food supply security due to irrational utilization of waste grease are systematically analyzed,the existing problems in the collection and utilization system are discussed in the comprehensive view of management,economy and technology layers as well;and then,scientific and systematic policy suggestions and measures are put forward,in all,to develop bio-diesel industry is considered to be the most effective way to convert waste grease to liquid fuel energy. |
