泰勒与戴明的绩效考评观之比较

摘    要:泰勒因其划时代的"科学管理"而被世人尊称为"科学管理之父";戴明则因其著名的"品质管理"被尊为"品质管理之父".两者对绩效考评有着不同、甚至是迥异的理解,但两者都在各自的领域里取得重大的突破和创新.文章重点从绩效考评观视角来探寻他们的管理思想和管理理念,这无疑对现代企业管理实践有着重要的现实指导意义.
