中国企业海外投资及其战略选择

随着国际生产一体化的进程加快,传统的以国际贸易为主的国际投资旧格局逐渐被打破,代之而起的是以跨国公司为主体的国际直接投资新格局。尤其是WTO《与贸易有关的投资措施协议》的制定将进一步促进各项生产要素在全球范围流动。如何不失时机的与世界各国进行经贸合作并参与国际竞争,发展我国的海外投资事业,不但是投资企业需要研究的问题,也是理论界应该关注的问题。本文主要通过对海外投资企业现况的分析和投资政策的研究,提出中国企业海外投资主体、投资地区、投资产业的战略调整构想。

China enterprise overseas investment and its strategy selection

With the rapid process of international production integration, the international trade as the main method of international investment pattern was broken, replaced by international direct investment, with the multinational corporation as main body. Especially, the establishment of WTO "Agreement on Trade- related Investment Measures" will promote each element of production to flow in the global scope. How to seize the opportunity to carry on the economics and trade cooperation and the participation international competition with the various countries, develops our country's foreign investment enterprise, it's not only the question which the investment enterprise needs to study, but also the theorists should pay attentions. This article mainly analyses the present situation and investment policy of the oversea investment enterprises, conceives the plan of strategy adjustment which concerns the main boy of China oversea investment enterprise, the region of investment and the industry of investment.
