| 摘 要： | 高新技术是当代先进生产力的集中表现，并越来越表现出创造财富的巨大潜力。世界各国无一例外地集中力量发展高新技术，并力促其产业化。本文从一般性概念入手，分析了中国目前高新技术产业化发展的制约因素，借鉴发达国家高新技术产业化的经验，并深入地探讨了发展中国高新技术产业化的思路。

| Abstract: | The high-tech is the main representative of the advanced mordem productivity and exhibits more and more tremendous potentials of the wealth creativity. There is no nation in the world which does not collect its strength to develop high-teeh and promotes its industrialization. This article starts with general concepts, analyses the factors which restrict the development of Chinese high-tech industrialization, uses the experience of high-teeh industrialization of developed country for reference and deeply discusses the clue of developing Chinese high-teeh industrialization. |
