苏北地区农副产品加工业竞争力分析

本文认为,发展苏北地区经济,既要靠外力拉动,更要靠内生增长机制。苏北地区作为农业主产区和经济欠发达地区,必须把农副产品加工业作为支柱产业加以培植。目前,苏北地区农副产品加工业在企业规模、产品结构、发展能力、营销能力、综合经济效益等方面与经济发达的苏南地区相比,尚存在很大差距。为提升农副产品加工业竞争力,文章提出,苏北地区应发挥各地资源优势,发展特色产业;大力培育农副产品加工龙头企业,实现农副产品加工业产业化发展;推进农副产品区域化、专业化、标准化生产;提高农副产品科技含量;多渠道增加农副产品加工业的资金投入。

Analysis of Competitiveness of the Agricultural Processing Industry in Subei

The author believes that,to develop economy in Subei,we should depend on both the external forces and endogenous growth mechanism.As a main agricultural production and undeveloped area,Subei should be developed by taking agricultural processing industry as a pillar industry.At present,comparing with Sunan,the agricultural industry in Subei is lagged behind in terms of scale,product structure,capability of development and marketing and overall economic profit.To promote the competitiveness of this industry,we should give full play to the resources,cultivate leading enterprises,promote regionalization,specification and standardization production,and improve scientific level of agricultural products and increase investment to this industry.
