| 摘 要： | 本文以探索各国旅行社发展与管理的一般规律和特殊规律为目的，尝试性地综合运用比较管理学、比较经济学和旅游学的理论和方法，结合国内外旅行社发展与管理的理论与实践，从管理理念、发展进程与变迁模式、宏观管理体制、微观运行机制和发展趋势等方面构建起旅行社管理比较研究的科学体系，并将比较法作为旅行社管理比较研究的最基本方法。

| Abstract: | This paper is designed to investigate into the general and specific laws of travel operation development and management in different countries.Guided by the theories and methodology of comparative management,comparative economics and tourism studies,the paper studies the development and management of travel operations at home and abroad,and seeks to establish a scientific system for carrying out comparative studies of travel operations management in terms of management concepts,patterns of development and evolution,macro management systems,micro-operational mechanisms as well as their future trends.In so doing,the comparative method is used as the most fundamental approach. |
